Show Up, Seattle is an annual day of action when Seattle neighbors come together to roll up their sleeves and give back. This year, Southwest Seattle Historical Society is hosting a volunteer opportunity – cleaning up the plaza at Riverside Memorial Park! Help us steward this important piece of land honoring the early immigrant residents of Riverside, supporting local parks and local history at the same time. Please bring gardening and weeding tools if you can; if not, some gloves and gear will be available. Snacks will also be provided.
