Assumption of Risk: The registered participant assumes all risks and waives any claim of liability against Southwest Seattle Historical Society (SWSHS) and its employees and volunteers for any personal injury or property damage sustained by me during or as a result of my participation in an event sponsored by SWSHS. The undersigned is aware that events have risks, including physical exertion, traffic, and weather. The undersigned agrees that SWSHS representatives may arrange, at my cost, for medical treatment and emergency evacuation as they deem necessary for my health and safety. The undersigned agrees to all of this for themselves and on behalf of all family members and minors for whom they are responsible.
